Delivery within Kampala is USh 5,000. Upcountry delivery is USh 15,000. Pickup from our Nalweru location is free. Orders over USh 80,000 get free delivery.

Yes. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us on +256 706 138 778 / +256 784 888 323 to start a return.

Yes. Our products are made with natural, gentle ingredients like coconut milk and aloe vera. They are suitable for most skin types. If you have specific concerns, please do a patch test first or contact us for advice.

Delivery within Kampala takes 1-2 business days. Upcountry deliveries take 3-5 business days. You will receive an email or WhatsApp message when your order is on the way.

Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +256 761395333 or email grinaproducts@gmail.com with your order number. Once the order is out for delivery, we can no longer change or cancel it.

Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unopened products last up to 24 months from the manufacturing date. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 months for best results. Each product has the expiry date printed on the label.
