Return & Refund Policy

At GRINA PRODUCTS, we stand behind the quality of our botanical formulas. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through the process of returns and refunds. Please review the terms below to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds & Shipping
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hygiene nature of our apothecary products, opened or partially used skincare, hair care, or oral care products are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective. Feel free to reach out to our support team for any specific product concerns.
